CANCELLATION POLICY:   

 Our Cancellation Policy will be Strictly Enforced

Please be advised that you have up to 12 hours prior to class start time to unreserve your spot online.  Failure to do so will result in an automatic charge of $15.00.   IM or texting requests for us to cancel you will not be accepted.  If you fail to show for your class the class will be removed from your package.   Auto Renew members will be charged $10.00.  These rules will be strictly enforced.  

We will not be extending expiration dates on purchased packages.  You must use your allotted number of classes in your package prior to their expiration date or remaining classes will be forfeited. 

We will no longer be freezing memberships unless medically necessary and this would require a note from your doctor.
